Kaylee is one of Mandrell's CFO Services' Accounting Clerks. She earned her Associate's degree through dual-enrollment during high school — a pace that says everything about how she approaches work.

Mandrell's is her first professional accounting role, and she joined the firm to learn the craft from the bench up: AR and AP entries, deposits and classifications, daily transaction work, and the rhythm of a clean month-end close. That progression — clerk to assistant controller to controller — is the path the firm grows its senior people along, and Kaylee is at the start of it.

She works closely with the firm's controllers and assistant controllers, who review her work and develop her toward the next level of responsibility.
