Destiny

Hotel accounting is one of the most demanding back-offices in business — it teaches you to find the dollar that walked.
Destiny has been with Mandrell's CFO Services since 2020, and brings more than five years of work in the accounting field — much of it cut on demanding ground.
Before joining the firm, she worked as a corporate auditor for Hilton Hotels, with broader experience in corporate hotel accounting and hospitality management. Hospitality is one of the most operationally complex back-offices in business — high transaction volume, narrow margins, around-the-clock revenue, and a relentless need for accurate daily reporting. It is, in other words, an unforgiving school for an accountant.
That background informs how she handles client work today. She moves quickly through volume, knows what a healthy daily revenue file is supposed to look like, and can find the dollar that walked.
